What to Wear: 

We recommend business casual attire. Solid neutral colors or colors that compliment you are best. Please stray away from busy patterns or neon colors.

Location:

We have several outdoor location options to choose from and will allow you to choose unless you are signing up for a photo session event scheduled at a specific location. 

Turnaround Time: 

Portrait photoshoots generally take 1-2 weeks for delivery or sometimes sooner.

Photo Delivery: 

You will receive two emails from Infinity Imagery upon delivery— The first email will include your photo gallery to preview your images from our website. Entering your email will give you access to your photo gallery.

The second email will include your download link to save your photos in a zip file on your computer or device. (This link works best when completed from a computer.)

Payment: 

A non-refundable booking fee of $50 is required for booking any photo session with Infinity Imagery.  

This fee is due upon scheduling and will go toward the total cost of your photoshoot. If you cancel your photoshoot and don't reschedule, this fee will not be refunded.

Late Policy: 

We understand that unpredictable things may happen that can cause you to be late to your scheduled appointment time. 

However, if you are 10 minutes late to your 20 minute photoshoot, there is no guarantee will be able to complete your photoshoot that day if there are appointments scheduled after yours. 

We may be able to work with you to complete your photoshoot after other scheduled appointments if we have enought time/light. If we cannot accomidate you, we may have to reschedule your photoshoot. 

Please note: If you require multiple reschedulings due to being late, we reserve the right to charge a $20 late fee.
