Weather Policy:

Since we are natural light photographers, we shoot primarily outdoors and we rarely work in a studio/indoor setting. When we schedule a photoshoot, we cross our fingers the weather is going to be perfect that day, but unfortunately that doesn't always happen.

We pay very close attention the week of your photoshoot to the weather forecast, but we don't make any rescheduling decisions until the morning of/day before because the weather can change in an instant.

RAIN: If the rain percentage is over 40%, we reschedule. We always pay attention to the hourly forecast, which can make a huge difference then what the average percentage might be for the day. We do not do photoshoots when there is a warning of severe weather such as thunderstorms, lightening or hail for the safety of everyone present. However, if you specifically want rain photos, we can make that work.

TEMPERATURE: If your photoshoot is scheduled on a day where the temps are over 95 degrees or under 30 degrees, we will usually reschedule. We want our clients to look and feel comfortable during photoshoots.

All these above reasons are when we reschedule your shoot and we reserve the right to do so. This is how we can ensure you get the best photos possible. We appreciate your understanding.
